A Random Rant

I was at work the other day, trying to tell one of my managers that it just wasn’t smart to vote so liberally during a time of great economic hardship. At the end, I mentioned that raising taxes was “like omg the bomb and the like right thing to do when no one is like making money!” and he like omg agreed with me. Apparently, the man, like most of my twenty-something peers, hasn’t done his homework.

It’s fine to vote for Bill Clinton, when we have just come off an economic high, the one that was set during the Reagan Administration. Oh yes, I am a complete Reagan conservative, I must also listen to country music, like nascar, and molest my cousins. Please, I don’t think you are an unintelligent, asshole that doesn’t seem to see that nothing you say is original, and that it’s all been done before, and if you actually studied history, you would see that raising taxes is the wrong thing to do right now. Something Obama plans on doing. And if also if you weren’t such an ignorant prick, you would see that majority of left-wing hollywood liberals, didn’t even graduate high school. As for the journalists on MSNBC, I am sure they were just influenced by their hippy professors.

So today I will not go into how it wasn’t actually Bush’s fault for the Recession, but just something that the Democrats did before and during his term in office. But I will mention, that the 700 Billion bailout was to fix something the Dems convinced Washington to do. Clinton took the high road left by the Reagan and Bush Administrations, then left Bush to clean up his shit.

I don’t think I need to tell you what the Republican President Richard Nixon is famous for. If you must know, you can google it, key word: Watergate, and then come back. (Break for Dumbasses) Okay, nice to see you again. So, in the wake of Nixon’s reign, and Ford’s turn at the presidency, we the people, of The United States of American NEEDED to vote in a democrat.

Enter Carter. President Carter, most famously portrayed by Dan Aykroyd in SNL (i just love SNL, big fan), made an even bigger mess of what was already a huge mess, by raising taxes on businesses, oil, and the people who run the nation and create jobs for the middle class. I am going to make an educated guess, the Obama ticket is going to mimic a Carter Administration. In fact, you don’t need to be a scientist to understand what’s going on baby.

Raise taxes. Increase government spending. Negotiate with terrorists. Please. I don’t think any American was surprised when Reagan took over and reversed everything that Carter did so well. And you know, I’m sure Obama has some good points, in the same way Carter had his Panama Canal Treaty and Hoover had his dam. But please, I would enjoy it immensely if the company I work for didn’t have to lay me off, because they were being taxed to death.

Obama’s massive government tax and spending increases will bankrupt Americans, kill our economy and usher in a socialist-style redistributionist tax policy that will divide Americans.

VOTE FOR OBAMA
(AND LOSE YOUR JOB, HOME, AND EVERYTHING THE AMERICAN DREAM COULD HAVE OFFERED YOU.)

And as for my manager, I hope when Obama becomes president, you are the first one to lose your job. And I hope for your pride, you will still be singing Barack’s praises.

In no way do i take credit for this. Blame the LA Times:

Obama the ‘Magic Negro’
The Illinois senator lends himself to white America’s idealized, less-than-real black man.
By David Ehrenstein, L.A.-based DAVID EHRENSTEIN writes about Hollywood and politics.
March 19, 2007

AS EVERY CARBON-BASED life form on this planet surely knows, Barack Obama, the junior Democratic senator from Illinois, is running for president. Since making his announcement, there has been no end of commentary about him in all quarters — musing over his charisma and the prospect he offers of being the first African American to be elected to the White House.

But it’s clear that Obama also is running for an equally important unelected office, in the province of the popular imagination — the “Magic Negro.”

The Magic Negro is a figure of postmodern folk culture, coined by snarky 20th century sociologists, to explain a cultural figure who emerged in the wake of Brown vs. Board of Education. “He has no past, he simply appears one day to help the white protagonist,” reads the description on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magical_Negro .

The best way to assuage your guilt over oppressing black people, because the democrat party did it so well, is to not vote for obama, but rather become a republican.

“The Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854 created the territories of Kansas and Nebraska, opened new lands, repealed the Missouri Compromise of 1820, and allowed settlers in those territories to determine if they would allow slavery within their boundaries. The initial purpose of the Kansas-Nebraska Act was to create opportunities for a Mideastern Transcontinental Railroad. It was not problematic until popular sovereignty was written into the proposal. The act was designed by Democratic Senator Stephen A. Douglas of Illinois.

The act established that settlers could vote to decide whether to allow slavery, in the name of “popular sovereignty” or rule of the people. Douglas hoped it would ease relations in both North and South, because the South could expand slavery to new territories but the North still had the right to abolish slavery in their states. He was wrong. Opponents denounced the law as a concession to the slave power of the South. The new Republican Party, which was created in opposition to the act, aimed to stop the expansion of slavery, and soon emerged as the dominant force throughout the North.”

mr charmer. so classy.

during an april 17th speech, barack obama decided to flip off hillary clinton. i would be so proud to have this immature, cute, little, boy next door lead this nation in flipping off cuba and russia too. what a dick.

i actually wonder why hillary and bill are supporting barack now, when the only chance hillary has at another run at the presidency, is in the “hope” he doesn’t win, so that she can go for it again in four years. honestly, they should just lay low and rest on their millions of dollars they made after bill left office.

but what do i know. i’m just a fervent supporter of intelligent people making intelligent decisions.

but should you vote for him?

take this cute little test to see if you really do like the things he stands for. if you already know everything about everything then don’t bother, but i will guess if you are a strong obama supporter you probably watch msnbc and read people magazine, and thats how you check facts…

No Bama.

i know a couple things about politics. i could debate you for awhile, probably only tripping up on a couple of issues, the ones that don’t necessarily bring the passion out of my soul. like gay rights and abortion- please, i don’t care. but this is what i think, i think that a lot of people my age don’t know much about anything. and it’s sad.

point: i know a man that actually said that he is voting for obama because he can see himself smoking a cigar with him on his front porch.

i think that for anyone who insists that they are intelligent enough, should make it their business to know. it’s really not that boring, and it’s actually somewhat, kinda, really important.

did you know that obama plans to raise taxes on business as to not directly affect the middle class? this means that you will not be affected by these taxes unless you own or work for a small, or large, or even medium-sized business. unless you shop at say a grocery store, or a clothing store, or you go out to eat. unless you know someone who does any of these things.

did you know that the more money you make, the more obama will plan on taking? not an even, fair tax for everyone, but an actual percentage increase much larger than it is now, the higher your paycheck goes, the higher the percentage taken by the government goes. so yes, those who make less will not be as affected. in fact, those who beg on the steets will not be affected at all. in fact those that don’t feel like working, could end up making more money than you, and this for free. so yes, we will all become equal. no matter how hard you work, you will live comfortably. and this is called “socialism” my friends. ask europeans how much money they give to charity when the government already does it for them. ask them how they like getting less than 50 percent of their earnings every year, so that their deadbeat cousin can get free healthcare. if you don’t know any europeans, let me tell you, as someone who has friends in germany and elsewhere, it doesn’t necessarily promote hard work and the want to serve from their hearts.

and please mr and miss 18 to 30 something demographic that i am a part of, europe is not better, they are not happier, and they are not enviable. you think they are, because you are ignorant assholes completely consumed in the american pop culture that likes to tell you that socialism is right and that bush is the cause of the increase in gas, as well as numerous other mindless rants by people with very limited intelligence. i do not need to go into them here, because i don’t feel like writing a bunch of words that you will not read anyway.

something you might care to look into: the gas price increase happened mainly in the past two years, and if you knew anything, you might see the connection between this and when nancy pelosi (a democrat) became the speaker of the house. in 2006, as only the house minority leader at the time, she came up with a plan to reduce gas prices and has in fact seen them sky rocket from $2.30 to $4 in that time. i’m not saying i know everything, i don’t even like bush, but he is not the cause of your incredible retardation. and due to the obvious complex issue of oil and natural gas, to blame it one man is not only ignorant, but going to kill the country if people like you are registered to vote.

i enjoyed sara palin’s speech like many crazy right-winged conservatives. i liked it even though it was only aired on 6 tv stations, as opposed to the democratic national convention that was shown on 11. (i love you liberals and your “free thinking” that is completely made up by the media itself.) but i loved her poise and her words. if you would like to understand what i already believe, she spoke everything for me. and i must add that i enjoyed her digs on obama and felt they were justified and true, and find it funny that right thereafter biden referred to her as “caribou barbie”. and that is not sexist how? lets work so hard to not be rascist against a man, when the only people pointing out how black he is, is the obama campaign itself, and lets attack a woman because she is a woman. i don’t like palin because she is a chick. i believe in what she has to say. and yes, i like her better than mccain. i was hooked on mccain when he chose her for his running mate, i kind of wandered the fence before the decision, well i’ve always hated obama and the fact that he says nothing when he talks.

i wanted john edwards cheating hot ass, before i wanted obama’s retarded rambling and incoherent speeches that everyone is all about these days. people he is no martin luther king jr. he is no man of the people. he is a selfish man unsure of what he is even doing here. and i don’t know if you have noticed that on important matters he is about as articulate as george w. himself.

can i tell you that all obama has done for himself is talk of change and not say how he is to do it. no one knows how much money the healthcare plan he intends to implement is going to cost, and neither does he, he stumbled his words on national television, and never did come up with a comparison in cost. never gave a number of how much money he will take from hard-working citizens. no one knows what will happen when obama puts a stop to the creation on nuclear weapons and firearms, to be nice, and holds out an unarmored hand, to a very unidentified world (see president carter’s horrid “time for a change” reign). no one knows if he is liberal or here to bridge a gap between us all, that is, until he chooses biden, a completely left-wing liberal senator from delaware, that no one actually likes. no one knows anything of this man, except he is good looking, and well spoken, and is either a citizen of the united states, kenya or indonesia. who really cares anyway, he’s so handsome.

so how will the senator, from my own state of democratic illinois, change america? he is going to raise your taxes and write another autobigraphy.

i feel so used.

HUGE NOTE: i don’t like to argue politics, i don’t plan on changing anyone’s mind, i just enjoy my opinion, and enjoy informing my friends of what i believe to be true.i enjoy reading up and being informed of both sides. if you have something to say, give me a link to your own words, blog or website, and i will choose to read it or not… in the same vein that you can choose to read this or not. have a lovely day.
